The Self-Confidence and Personal Development Course combines goal setting, self-care, and the law of attraction to help students map out, refine, and become the best possible versions of themselves. Our students become equipped with the tools necessary to overcome test taking anxiety and other obstacles on their path. We work on building every student’s unique brand by helping them to create measurable steps towards achieving their goals. Students receive a digital self-guided journal filled with hundreds of prompts and exercises to help them find balance, strengthen their mental fitness, and improve their confidence. Our video lecture topics include public speaking lessons and law of attraction exercises that improve confidence and self-esteem, destroy negative self-talk, and teaches students how to overcome the fear of rejection.
